"Since I can't add a review to the roadside assistance program, putting my review here since this is where I have my insurance through. The number to call on my insurance card, which says is for both claims and roadside assistance is absolutely useless for roadside assistance, with no option for it from the robot options. When I did manage to track down the right number and (finally) get a human on the line and after sorting out some details, I asked if I could be put on hold as I handled sorting out where to get my dead car out of the way with the gas station employee, I was given the PROGRESSIVE's call back number. This meant going through robothell again to get back to a human. If they really want me to take my business to Progressive, after this experience I am more than happy to."
